About the Position The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction. Job description Production manager - Interior designing field Location- HSR Layout, Bangalore 1) Doing Final Marking of designing at site 2) Responsible for monitoring ,inspecting and identifying the error from Design and Cutlist proposing measure to control or enhance final product as per thecompany standards. 3) Close monitoring of Design process, Cutlist process and Factory process. 4) Taking the Responsibility that 100% of material should have proper production details which results in reduction of overall TAT of project. 5) Prepare the hardware list as per the drawing. 6) Analysisof 2D drawing data properly and doing Qc 7) Planning and organising production schedules 8) Overseeing production processes • Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary 9) Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials of laminates, plywoods, edge binding of production part. 10) Site visitneed to be done in proper way and handling the esclaltions . 11) Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays in the production process promptly. Skills needed - 1) Strong organizational and multitasking skills 2) Effective communication and interpersonal skills 3) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 4) Innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving 5) Strong leadership skills Requirements: 1) Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, or a related field. 2) Proven 3-4 year experience in a production management role within the interior design or fit-out industry.
