About the Position Roles and Responsibilities:Perform detailed financial analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and assess financial viability. Analyze financial statements, historical data and market trends to evaluate the financial health of the company.Perform deal orientation as they play a crucial role by identifying the potential clients and business opportunities. Build relationship with the clients and pitch services such as mergers, acquisitions or capital rising.Conduct extensive due diligence in transactions to assess risks, financial stability, and legal compliance. This involves reviewing financial records, conducting market research, and analyzing industry and regulatory trends.Determine the value of company and assets involved in transactions.
