About the Position We are looking for experienced Market Research professional to join our dynamic team at Manipal Digital ( ) as an Assistant Manager - Market Research. Work Location: Bangalore Type: Work from office Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough market research and analysis within the FMCG/CPG, Beauty&Fashion, and Home Entertainment industries to uncover potential revenue streams and market trends. (E.q: in area of marketing, creative, packaging, AV and learning solutions). Develop actionable insights and strategies based on research findings to support business growth and innovation initiatives. Drafting a creative brief based on the research findings.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Packaging, AV, and Learning Solutions to integrate research insights into comprehensive client solutions. Lead the preparation and delivery of high-impact presentations and decks tailored for domestic and international client engagements.Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and consumer trends to inform strategic decision-making. Coordinating research activities and designing and developing future research plans for the projects. Implementation of the required procedures in the research process and ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.Participating in strategic and marketing planning meetings to correlate the research with the business planning. Skills Required: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and decks for diverse audiences.Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive innovative solutions and revenue growth opportunities.Time-management skills Proficiency in relevant software and tools for market research and presentation preparation. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Experience Level: 6+ Years of proven experience in market research, particularly within FMCG/CPG, Beauty&Fashion, and Home Entertainment sectors.
